Job Description / Responsibility

• Provide relevant reports Management
• Act as the Business Intelligence Unit of the business wings and furnish them with industry analysis, growth report, fruitful business insights etc.
• Provide Critical business and financial reports
• Planning and preparation of Budget for the respective Departments
• Gap Analysis and recommendation for future decision to keep up with Budget
• Presentation of portfolio of the Departments with different management view point
• Industry Analysis and the financial recommendation for the respective Business
• Proactively communicate and address all internal customer issues
• Compliance to all of the guidelines of BB and internal Policies/ERM
• PPG review, profitability analysis and recommendation
• Automation of MIS in close interaction with other related departments
• Testing and formulating logic for various automation process
• Provide specified reports to the stakeholders.

Educational Requirements

BBA major in Accounting from a good university or an equivalent such as Honours in any discipline, with a good CGPA or class

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 year(s) experience in Finance/Accounts, Insurance, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 32 to 40 year(s)
• Knowledge of Critical Analysis of the Financial and Accounting factors
• Sound knowledge about Finance and Accounting
• Knowledge of the core banking software
• Work experience as a Team Leader.
