Job Description / Responsibility
- Ability to achieve branch targets and consumer banking revenue targets
- Planning, directing and managing Branch Sales Team for acquiring new businesses
- Organize Sales Promotions in co-operation with other Business Channels
- Ensure cost minimization and maximization of Branch profitability
- Ensure high quality customer services, business development and customer equity
- Ensure effective process and control for preventing Money Laundering in line with regulatory requirements
Educational Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline (preferably in business studies)/ MBA/ BBA from recognized local or foreign universities
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in reputed Banks/ Financial Institutions with minimum two years in a managerial position
- Experience of working in a centralized process & real time on-line banking environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building & management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Good computer skill
- Geographic mobility and flexibility
